Winter Yoga Classes Announced At Hicksville Athletic Center
Oyster Bay Town Councilwoman Michele Johnson announces that residents seeking a low-impact and enjoyable fitness activity are encouraged take part in the Town of Oyster Bay's Yoga Classes, which will be held in January and February. Classes are co-ed and open to individuals 18 years of age or older. "The Town is proud to offer residents a variety of programs and services including these yoga classes which offer benefits to the mind, body and soul," said Councilwoman Johnson. The Old Westbury Gardens in Hicksville, NY, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The Old Westbury was opened to the public in 1959 to preserve the Long Island heritage. The Old Westbury Gardens is a beautiful place that Long island offers. At the center of it is a lovely house. It’s a magnificent house that reflects English architecture. It’s the exquisite home gilded with age. It’s furnished with antiques and decorations, and for more than 50 years as the residence of the family, it remains intact. It’s super impressive with an enjoyable view. It’s very fancy with a huge space.
